  • Q: What is the report feature for and when should I use it?
  • A: It is there to prevent abuse. Even through the whole FeedZa team are constantly on the look out for people abusing FeedZa, we thought it would be a good idea to let the FeedZa community help us! If you see something that doesn’t look quite right, you can use the report feature which is then passed onto someone on our team – they’ll take a look and take any action that is necessary.
  • Q: Can I subscribe to all the new feedz listed in a specific category on FeedZa?
  • A: Yes you can. There's an RSS feed link on the right top of each and every specific category page in the top right hand corner (the orange button)
  • Q: Can I subscribe to the popular feedz page via RSS?
  • A: You can indeed. Simply click on the popular feedz page of any category and you will find an RSS feed link available for subscription in the top right hand corner (the orange button)
  • Q: How can I find new content?
  • A: We display new content in 2 different areas, firstly on the home page which pulls in content from all of the categories, and secondly, category pages. Simply select a primary category from the top navigation bar, which will then present you with a selection of sub categories to choose from – here you’ll find the latest feeds related to that category.
  • Q: How often is the content up-dated?
  • A: We check our network of feedz every 25 minutes to insure you get the freshest content from around the web. However, we are continually working to speed this up!
  • Q: How often is the Popular Feedz page up-dated?
  • A: Every 24 hours.
  • Q: How do I vote on a Feedz?
  • A: You can use the thumbs up / thumbs down buttons underneath a feed. Vote it up if you enjoyed the content or down if you thought the content wasn’t that good.
  • Q: I come across something that doesn't work… what should I do about it?
  • A: Report it to us using the contact page. Thanks!
  • Q: How can I help spread the Feedz community?
  • A: We have some banners on our Creative page you can use. We are also open to suggestions on what we can do to help, so feel free to contact us.
  • Q: What is the orange number on the top right hand of the page?
  • A: That's the total number of feedz we have in the FeedZa network
  • Q: I noticed a Feedz that is full of spam – What can I do about it?
  • A: You can either click the Report button under the feedz or you can contact us via out contact page.

  • Q: How can I submit Feedback?
  • A: We love hearing suggestions and feedback on how we can make FeedZa a better place. Feel free to use the form on our Feedback page to provide us with suggestions, we really appreciate it!
  • Q: I have a support question, who should I ask?
  • A: We have a dedicated Support Team that is here to help. Feel free to fill out the contact form on our Support page and a member of our support team will contact you shortly.
  • Q: What is a Feedz?
  • A: A Feedz is an RSS feed – When sites up-date there web pages, we can use RSS feeds to pull in a snippet of that content and display it here. For more detailed information, check out the Wikipedia RSS feed page. [link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_(file_format)]
  • Q: Why is there advertising on every page?
  • A: By displaying ad's we are able to generate some income that lets us continue working on the FeedZa project and generally making it a better resource for everyone.
  • Q: I left a comment but it's not displaying on the page – Why?
  • A: All comments are moderated to prevent spam and to ensure the conversations in the comments are kept spam-free.
  • Q: Why are you offering $100 for feedback?
  • A: A $100 Amazon gift voucher is awarded to one person (drawn out of a hat) every month from the people who have left feedback during that month. This is being offered as a gesture of thanks to our users for taking the time and effort to give us feedback so we can improve FeedZa for you.
  • Q: How do I know if I won the $100 for giving feedback?
  • A: We notify winners via email a few days after the start of a new month.
  • Q: How can I keep up to date with FeedZa's new features?
  • A: We publish new features and various other info relating to feedZa on our blog
  • Q: How do I contact FeedZa?
  • A: Use the contact form

Submitting Feedz

  • Q: How do I submit a Feedz?
  • A: Head on over to Submit a Feedz and start the process.
  • Q: What should I do if I'm not sure what category my blog should be in?
  • A: On the Submit A Feedz form, you can suggest a new category you think is most relevant to your blog. We’ll take a look into it from our end, and if we feel we need to create a new category, we will do.
  • Q: I publish content that covers 2 different categories from one blog, which category should I choose?
  • A: Pick the one that you think is the most relevant. All submissions are reviewed so if we disagree, we’ll simply move it over to the most appropriate category.
  • Q: How long do “free Submissions” take?
  • A: At the beginning of the day we review all express submissions first and then if we have time, we review the free submissions.
  • Q: How do I remove my feedz from FeedZa?
  • A: Use the form on our contact page and a member of our team will contact you to run through the details of what is needed to verify you own that feedz.
  • Q: Are blogs in foreign languages (non-English) allowed in FeedZa?
  • A: We regret that at this time, we are only accepting English language feedz, although we hope to change this in the near future!
